His journey is marked by an unwavering commitment to service, a deep-seated passion for construction, and a profound desire to make a difference.

Lance's career spans a diverse spectrum of roles and responsibilities within the construction field. From being a former general contractor to serving as a construction and project manager for real estate development companies, he has honed his skills across various domains. His expertise extends to design, home inspections, construction inspections, construction management, reserve studies, and real estate development. In particular, Lance specializes in inspection and construction management for condominium association buildings and commercial properties.

Lance Luke is not just a builder; he is a problem solver. He has served as an expert witness on construction and real estate litigation cases, using his keen insights to help resolve complex issues in the industry.
